• USER SUBMISSIONS. Any submissions (written comments and or photographs) the Sponsor chooses to display on the Website will become public information. By submitting Content to the Website you hereby grant the Sponsor and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, copy, publicly display, publicly perform, publish or distribute any still images that you post on or submit to the Website (“image(s)”), in addition to any stories, messages, data, information, text, graphics or other material besides images that you post into the Website (“Content”). The Sponsor will collect and store your first and last name, date of birth, city and or state of residence and email address as collected from Facebook. The Sponsor will attribute credit to you (name or cite you) as the owner of the image and/or Content to the extent an image and/or Content is used in connection with the Website or the promotion of the Website. The Sponsor may display your first name and last initial in conjunction with submitted image and/or Content. By submitting a story, you represent and warrant that (i) you own the Content or have the right to post or otherwise distribute it, including permission from all persons depicted; (ii) the Content is your original work and you have the right to post it; and (iii) the Content is complete and accurate.

• SUBMISSION RESTRICTIONS. Submissions must be written in a tone suitable for family reading.  Submissions containing the following Content will be rejected and will be deemed as ineligible entries: pornographic materials, harassing messages, defamation / libel materials / messages, spam /advertisements, materials violating local, state or federal law. Do not include private, confidential, or copyright protected materials in submissions. Submissions must be original, created by the entrant and deemed to be the sole property of the entrant. Images and/or Content borrowed, previously published or in any way considered not to be the sole property of the entrant will be removed. The Sponsor reserves the right to remove submissions at its own discretion.

• LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Website. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ON-LINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like on-line entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and result in disqualification of any entrant using such methods. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Website or downloading materials from or use of the Website. If, for any reason, the on-line component of the Website is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Website, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the Website. In such event, notice will be posted at www.getlostmt.com.
