Love this museum, perhaps because of all of the family mementos. Including a picture of a Great Great Aunt who our daughter closely resembles!!

If you've ever wondered what it would be like to live in a historic mansion, stop by the Castle Museum! A wealthy rancher built the mansion, which really does look like a castle, from native stone and Italian marble and it is quite artfully made. I actually found myself getting into the carved molding. :) They've restored it with period clothing, artifacts and furniture, even putting authentic carriages into the carriage house. Worth a stop!
